A lovely place to stay - clean, modern, relaxing and good value for money. Location is very central to Belfast City Centre. It was a pleasure to stay for a short break. Thank you...
Reasonable rates for breakfast. Everything in the rooms work - not always the case in some hotels. Good showers - hot water. Quite at night Godd location for easy walk into the centre and bus stops
Location was good and bad. For shopping its ideal, right beside Castlcourt and not far from Victoria Square. Also good if you are going to a show/concert in Belfast. The buildings around it are not much to look at though and there were some dodgey looking characters hanging around outside!! Tea and Coffee facilities in the room which is great. At £40 for a double room for the night it was very good!
Whilst the room was clean, the bathroom cubicle smelled like public toilets! Dont let this put you off though, overall it was fine. The air conditioning/heating can be loud and didnt really heat up! The person upstairs must have left their bathroom fan on during the night and it was quite loud!
Convenient to shops and easy to get to
Hotel Food was not great. We eat our evening meal in hotel and out of the six of us no one enjoyed their meal.
breakfast wasnt that nice
The location was perfect, within easy reach of most attractions. The staff were very friendly. The hotel bar was reasonably priced also which was great!
Great location, near the bus station and the central shopping areas.
We turned on the air conditioning but it was very noisy and didnt work very well.
Staff were really helpful, arrived very early but allowed us to check in and gave good advice about places to go to eat etc
hotel very cloes to shopping centres and motorway and nightlife
Location price & cleanliness of room
The location was great as we were very close to the city centre.
the location of the hotel was excellent- very close to the city centre. the price was reasonable room was spotless
the room was very basic- lacked any great comfort
We were checked in by a man, he was very efficient and friendly. We had a problem with the tv and a girl came when we rang reception and sorted it out. The barman was nice and friendly too. I liked the room and the price suited my pocket also.
We were not told that the hot breakfast finished early, maybe it was displayed some place. Also on leaving the hotel we thanked the girl on reception and she just looked at us and never bothered to acknowledge us. Apart from that we would stay at Ibis on our next visit.
The price, and the fact that the room was spotless and bed was comfortable - and the bathroom was particularly spotless.
There was only a very small window in the room thus leaving very little natural light.
Good efficient staff, great location, absolutely spotless, loved that there was tea making facilities in room, brilliant value!
